Discount Policy

This Discount Policy (“Policy”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Kimberly Wyatt Dance Academy (“the Academy”) offers discounts on tuition fees for eligible dancers. All discounts are subject to the terms outlined herein and are applied at the sole discretion of the Academy.

1. Termly Spending Threshold Discounts

1.1. The Academy offers termly discounts based on the total tuition spend per individual dancer within a single academic term, as follows:

• 8% Discount: Where the termly tuition spend per dancer equals or exceeds £600.

• 12% Discount: Where the termly tuition spend per dancer equals or exceeds £900.

• 16% Discount: Where the termly tuition spend per dancer equals or exceeds £1200.

1.2. Threshold discounts are calculated per term and may not be combined or aggregated across multiple terms.

1.3. Threshold discounts are NOT applied automatically. To receive a discount, a request must be submitted in writing before the start of term and no later than the published discount deadline, typically but not exclusively 3 days before the start of term.

1.4. Full payment of termly tuition must be received by the Academy no later than the discount deadline in order for the threshold discount to be applied for that term. If payment is not received in full by the deadline, the discount will not be applied and cannot be applied retroactively.

1.5. If a discount request or payment is not received by the discount deadline, the threshold discount will not be applied for that term.

1.6. Where additional classes are added to a dancer’s schedule after the discount deadline, any resulting increase in termly tuition that brings the spend over a discount threshold will not qualify for a discount in the current term. However, if those classes remain on the schedule for the following term, and a discount request is submitted before the applicable deadline, the dancer may be eligible for a threshold discount in that subsequent term.

1.7. Threshold discounts apply only to spending on regular classes scheduled as part of the Academy’s standard timetable. The following items are excluded from the tuition total used to determine eligibility for threshold discounts:

• KWDA registration or administrative fees

• Uniforms and dancewear

• Merchandise and Academy-branded products

• Private lessons

• Workshops, intensives, and masterclasses

• Competition entry fees or associated costs

• Any other charges not directly related to regular, scheduled class tuition

Only qualifying class tuition payments are counted toward the discount thresholds.

2. General Provisions

2.1. All discounts are non-cumulative unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by the Academy.

2.2. All discounts are subject to verification and approval by the Academy. Eligibility and application of discounts shall be determined solely by the Academy and all such determinations are final.

2.3. This Policy is subject to change or termination at any time without prior notice. However, any changes shall not affect discounts already approved for a given term prior to the change.
